Toastys Digital Engraving Story
Toastys Digital Engraving is a family-run fabrication business based in Kings Point on the beautiful South Coast of NSW. It’s a small but dedicated team — just me, my wonderful partner, our two adorable kids, and Paul — working hard every day creating beautiful, custom pieces for our customers.
How did we get here?
It all began in a backyard shed with a simple goal — to make building model aeroplanes easier than cutting balsa wood by hand. After buying a CO₂ laser, I quickly realised it could help others who needed precision cutting, and the business began to grow.
From there came the push into metal. That meant experimenting with milling machines (quite a few of them) and eventually plasma cutters, each new machine improving on the last. In September 2022, we took our biggest step yet with the arrival of our metal cutting laser and a new workshop to house it after outgrowing the shed.
Today, we’re still growing and doing what we love — creating awesome things for our customers every day.
